Service Realty is a brokerage located in Jacksonville FL. Founded in 1963 by a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, the name was born from a love to serve. The goal for this brand was to convey that level of dedication and quality in all facets of it’s visual and brand identity.

Create a brand identity that is clean, modern, and reflects a sense of duty to tie in our US Navy roots. Create new print materials for consistent marketing and messaging and an internal company website with login wall for only our agents to use.

Brand Identity

As a brand identity designer, working with a real estate company that has a navy background and wants to focus on service was a unique challenge. To convey the sense of reliability and trust that comes with a navy background, I opted for a deep navy blue color palette. To highlight the company’s commitment to service, I used friendly, modern, approachable fonts that communicate a warm and welcoming feeling. Ultimately, the final brand identity effectively conveyed the company’s values and mission while setting them apart from the competition.

Web Design

Service Realty wanted to build a hub where agents could login and see up-to-date company news, ask fellow agents questions,grab any documents they may need, get marketing help and materials, receive training, as well as look up a number of local real estate resources. After reviewing the wireframe and user interface with Service Realty’s team, I created a clean, easy to use website while applying the new brand identity.
