Brand Identity Refresh
Designing a real estate brand for an all-female team was an exciting challenge. Their vision was clear: a feminine, luxurious, and modern brand identity. However, one of the biggest challenges I faced was making the brand approachable to everyone, regardless of gender. I needed to strike a balance between creating a brand that was distinctly feminine while avoiding alienating male clients. In the end, I decided to use a soft color palette, elegant typography, and minimalist design to create a brand that conveyed luxury and sophistication without being too gender-specific. The end result was a beautiful brand that appealed to everyone and reflected the values of the all-female team.
Web Design
The main focus of the project was to create a modern and user-friendly website that would attract potential clients and generate leads for the team’s agents. To achieve this, I utilized a responsive design and made sure the site was optimized for search engines. I also implemented various lead generation tactics, such as easy-to-use contact forms and prominent call-to-actions throughout the site. The end result was a beautiful and functional website that not only met the team’s needs but strengthened their visual identity.
